Okay so the refunds are supposedly only being delayed if you file in March, but it took my 5 weeks to get my refund in New York. I filed in the beginning of February. Go figure.

Okay so i researched a little more about the new york state tax refund delay in new york, and apparently refunds are still being dispursed, and the delay should only affect those who file between the beginning and middle of march.
