Okay so the refunds are supposedly only being delayed if you file in March, but it took my 5 weeks to get my refund in New York. I filed in the beginning of February. Go figure.

Okay so i researched a little more about the new york state tax refund delay in new york, and apparently refunds are still being dispursed, and the delay should only affect those who file between the beginning and middle of march.

Hey have you guys heard about Patterson delaying the refunds of our NY state taxes? Is he for real? All so he can pretend that we had a better fiscal year than we did? If I knew that I would have waited to send them in. I heard he might not release our tax money [...]
